This policy covers these web pages. We serve the United States only. Reservations are booked through MyLimoBiz, the provider of the reservation system we work from, and the details you enter in the booking form are governed by MyLimoBiz's own privacy policy.
What you send us
The booking form asks for your name, your phone number, your email address and the details of your trip. That information goes to MyLimoBiz, which runs the reservation book we work from, and we use it to arrange the trip you book or ask us to price. Nothing on this site itself asks you for payment details.
The booking widget may keep a small technical note in your browser so the reservation system loads correctly in Safari. It is not used for advertising or tracking.
We do not send you marketing messages, place automated calls, or record calls.
How we measure this site
We measure how people use these pages so we can see which ones help and where visitors drop off before booking. Amplitude, a web analytics service, records that measurement for us as our processor.
We record when a visit starts and ends, each page you open, each click on a call, text, reservations or email link, and each time the booking form loads on the reservations page. Each event carries the address of the page, the kind of page it is, the time, and a random identifier for your browser.
That measurement leaves out your name, your phone number, your email address, and everything you type into the booking form. We do not record your screen and we do not capture what you enter into form fields. We switch off IP address collection, so your IP address is not sent to Amplitude and not stored there.
This measurement sets no cookie. The random browser identifier sits in your browser's own local storage. We do not read advertising tags, campaign parameters, or search terms from the address you arrive on, and we run no advertising and no tracking across other sites.
Your choice about measurement
You can switch this measurement off for this browser with the button below. We store your choice in your browser's local storage and read it on every page before any event is sent, so nothing further is recorded until you switch it back on.
Clearing your browser storage clears that choice with it, and measurement starts again on your next visit. Switching the measurement off does not change how booking works.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, this site does not measure your visits at all, and the button is not shown.

Our service providers are Cloudflare, which serves these pages; Amplitude, which records the site measurement described above; and MyLimoBiz, which runs the reservation system our booking form lives on.
Reservation records are kept by MyLimoBiz under its own retention rules. Quote requests already sent to us through this site are kept for 24 months from the day they arrived, operational counters for 13 months, and our audit log for 24 months.
